Job Purpose:
Achieve the team’s business and profitability assigned objectives throughout leading & managing the
team members to contribute to the whole company targets achievement.
Main Job duties and responsibilities:
· Train, support & coach the team members to achieve the team target.
· Enhance team work; motivate staff, ensuring accomplishment of their professional goals.
· Ensure that teams’ members under management execute an adequate market screening as well as effective industry analysis/ updates for the assigned group of industries.
· Establish and maintain strong and effective business relationships with existing as well as prospect companies on the assigned target market list by understanding finance needs accordingly tailor solutions that match with targeted companies’ circumstances as well as achieving the financial benefits of Corplease.
· Keep abreast of market trends.
· Responsible for the recoveries and pay-back of classified portfolio.
· Ensure that all team’s members records of business databases as well as activities are updated.
· Adherence to policies and procedures & Compliance and quality standards of CORPLEASE.
· Maintain the reporting process as specified from the superior & the department head.
