The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the infrastructure project.
He should guide, direct, coach & develop team members to perform to their best potential.Provide effective supervision & follow-up through all project phases for timely commissioning and turnover.Direct and supervise the implementation of the project including management and monitioring of the engineering, procurement schedule, construction, pre-commissioning/commissiong at optimal cost while maintining high HSE standards.Conclude technical issues with Engineering & Consultants in line with the project objectives.Monitor external and internal deadlines to ensure ontime hand-over of works.Compile daily and weekly progress reports to the company management
