- Design, development and maintenance of business intelligence solutions
- Formulate and implement inquiries based on data request
- Provide information through reporting and visualization
- Translating business needs into technical specifications
- Design, build and deploy business intelligence solutions (e.g. reporting tools)
- Maintenance and support of data analytics platforms such as MicroStrategy
- Create tools for storing data such as OLAP cubes
- Test and debug work for reports and programs
- Evaluate and improve existing business intelligence systems
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems

- Provide a weekly report of relevant tickets.
- Work closely with other IT teams to maintain the agreed IT implementation vision and objectives.
- Communicate activities and tasks to the line manager (Business Application Manager) or other senior level managers if necessary.
