Tasks:

•  Office management, systems, preservation and various records.

•  Assistant Managing Partner in implementing and follow up legal and corporate affairs consultations cases and researches .

•  Follow-up databases, e-mail and respond to clients inquiries directly.

•  Develop and implement new management and marketing systems.

•  Recording of the Office's expenditure and budget management.

•  Organize office planning and maintain supplies and equipment.

•  Maintain the status of the office and arrange the necessary repairs.

•  Organizing meetings with staff and writing the agenda.

•  Supervision and guidance of aid service personnel.

•  Ensure adequate levels of staff to meet work needs.

•  Implementation of staff evaluations, performance management and staff discipline.

•  Delegation of work to staff and workload management.

•  Implement and promote the policy of equality and diversity.

•  Writing reports for management and presentations.

•  Ensure compliance with KLCCA code of conduct / Ethics.

•  Review and update health and safety policies.
