الوصف الوظيفي:
نبحث عن أشخاص موثوقين ويتمتعون بالدقة للعمل كمتسوقين خفيين ضمن مشروع لأمازون في القاهرة، الجيزة، الإسكندرية، والمنصورة.
ستكون مسؤولاً عن استلام الطرود في منزلك خلال أيام الأسبوع ونهاية الأسبوع، كجزء من تقييم جودة خدمة التوصيل.
المهام الأساسية:
- التواجد في المنزل طوال فترة التوصيل المحددة لاستلام الطرود.
- متابعة وتوثيق تجربة التوصيل بدقة وحيادية.
- تقديم ملاحظات واضحة حول التغليف، التوقيت، سلوك الموظف، وجودة الخدمة بشكل عام.
- تعبئة تقرير إلكتروني بسيط بعد كل عملية توصيل.

Job Description:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to work as Mystery Shoppers for an Amazon project in Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Mansoura.
You will be responsible for receiving packages at your home during both weekdays and weekends, as part of a service quality evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be available at home throughout the assigned period to receive deliveries.
- Monitor and report on the delivery experience accurately and objectively.
- Provide clear feedback on packaging, timing, delivery behavior, and overall service.
- Complete a short online report after each delivery.
