Continuous Improvement and Cost Optimization:

Analyze breakdown patterns and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability.
Propose cost-effective solutions to reduce maintenance expenses and energy consumption.
Collaborate with the engineering team to modify and upgrade machinery as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and equipment history.
Prepare technical reports and recommend solutions to management.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mechanical maintenance tasks.
