The Construction Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities on-site. Responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specified quality and safety standards. Acts as the primary point of contact between site operations, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day construction operations across the site.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor force.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and plans for accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and planning teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project timelines and implement corrective actions for any delays.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews with teams and stakeholders.
- Resolve site issues related to labor, materials, equipment, or technical challenges.
- Maintain accurate records including daily site reports, material logs, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, local codes, and quality standards.
